The Hecate padlock collar is made to order. It's constructed from 2mm thick black vegan leather PVC, which makes it durable. The choker is 2cm wide, with complete silver hardware. The lock is 3.9cm tall, and 7mm thick. One key is included. For the most accurate fit take your neck measurement from the lower neck, not middle. If you need a custom size, please leave your neck measurement at the checkout. Some hardware contains nickel, please be mindful if you have an allergy.
