Processing Time

All items are handmade to order, in your choice of size and colour by me, Zoe. The curent processing time for orders is 2-6 weeks, in some cases (such as supplier issues) this may cause the processing time to be longer. 

Shipping Time

These times are given as rought estimates, they may change due to a busier time of year e.g. Christmas

Germany: 2-7 working days

Europe: 5-14 working days

Non-EU: 7-28 working days

I ship with DHL within Germany, I ship to the rest of the world with Deutsche Post and UPS. There is an option to upgrade to express shipping at checkout. 

Delivery Time is equal to the Processing Time plus the Shipping Time
