FAQ
When will my order arrive?
Every single item is handmade by me, and I do not keep a stock of ready made items. All items are made-to-order, unless otherwise stated. When you place your order it will be between 2-6 weeks before it is dispatched. Please read my Shipping Policy before placing an order.
Care instructions
The accessories that I make are made from PVC, so therefore it is not breathable which may cause you to sweat a little more, temperature permitting. Please be aware that PVC does have a scent if you are sensitive, before purchasing.
If your item becomes a little bent, wear it and warm it up to get it in shape.
The collars I make are not lined, so the hardware and screws are will lay against your skin. If you are sensitive to certain metals, or have an allergy, please keep this in mind when purchasing from me.
Items should be cleaned of any sweat, skin, or make-up immdeiately after use. I recommend an alcohol based solution (e.g. ethanol & 2-propanol, 70% isopropyl) on a microfibre cloth, and then dry with another microfibre cloth. I would strongly advise against using water, you could alternatively use make-up remover (e.g. micellar water).
Air bubbles may form under those items with an iridescent overlay over time. Some metal hardware, made from zinc alloy, may form a translucent white coating if left unclean, this is easily wiped off with a cloth.
PVC can stain so be sure to keep it clean of hair dyes, make-up, inks etc. Clear PVC can yellow over the years so be sure to keep it away from sunlight when not wearing it.
PVC attaracts dust, so be sure to give it a little clean from time to time when you're not wearing it.
Choice of size and colour
Most of my items can be made in your choice of size and colour. If you need a custom length, select this size option and leave your neck size (in cm) in the special instructions box at check out. Alternatively, you can e-mail me your neck size after purchase.
Custom and personalised orders
I take custom design requests that require a few changes of an existing design e.g. no spikes, no iridescent overlay.
Custom orders are non-refundable once I have started working
All items are handmade by me, so please allow for small imperfections.
Will any of the attachments fall off?
They shouldn't, however from time to time it is a good idea to take a screwdriver and tighten the screws back up again to make sure that this doesn't happen.
Are your chokers tug-proof?
I make my chokers soley as fashion accessories. I can't be held responsible if it breaks when you choose to use it for any other purpose.
Delivery
All non-EU orders are sent with tracked shipping. Higher value orders within the EU will be sent with tracked shipping included in the standard delivery price. I ship with DHL, Deutsche Post, and UPS.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
All items sent outside of the EU come with a customs declaration, I do not mark items as gifts to bypass customs charges and I will not undervalue.
What happens when your order is sent back to me?
If your order is sent back to me because of failure to collect your parcel, failure to rearrange delivery with the courier, failure of delivery due to incorrect address etc. You will have to pay the postage again if you would like your order re-sent. Acceptions to this rule *may* be made on a case-by-case basis.
